The teaching programs used at Great Beginnings Goodyear contain themed programs with many hands-on activities and games. Some of the highlights of our curriculum include:

Bible – Each child will be introduced to the important stories and people of the Bible. Using fun games, stories, crafts and hands-on activities will help your child understand the importance of the Bible.

History – Each child will be introduced to the fundamentals of our American History. We will cover topics like the 13 original colonies, American Symbols, American Heroes and much more.

Science – We have found the most effective way to teach children about science is through the use of hands-on and creative activities. These lessons will help your child understand how the world around you works. Our themed programs include:

Early Literacy – Great importance is given to the development of your child's literacy. We go deeper than just letters and sound. Our staff focuses on many skills including letter recognition, phonics, and vocabulary. This is all accomplished with creative activities and developmental appropriate worksheets. Other skills that are developed include the proper way to listen and ask questions, as well as pre-writing skills.
