Busy Bees:
Toddlers - 1-2 years of age.  Your child is now picking up speed and able to move around!  Walking is a significant milestone as it enables your toddler to interact in a much fuller capacity with his/her environment.  Exploration of the environment stimulates cognitive growth.  Not only does mobility and coordination increase dramatically, but there is also a significant growth in language taking place!  Your busy toddler will explore and develop at Great Beginnings through opportunities to develop both fine and gross motor skills - puzzles, blocks, etc. and playing with balls, climbing, etc.  Toddlers will develop in language and thinking skills through story time, play time, singing, and much more.  Snacks, lunch, and naptime are also scheduled during the course of a busy day.


Play Patrol:
Preschool - 3-5 years of age.  What a great age!  Preschoolers transform before your eyes into active learners... learning to make friends and play well with others, use sentences effectively, practice self-control, increase independence, and begin to develop an understanding of who they are!  This is the time where more formal learning can begin to take place and we introduce reading, writing, and math concepts.  Play is really HOW the preschooler learns, so we make sure there is plenty of time for play and exercise as well as nutritious snacks and lunch, plus a little quiet time to rest.

Small Scientists:
Kindergarten - 5-6 years of age.  We offer a private kindergarten program!  Your kindergartner is ready for the adventure of education!  Your child can now participate in interactive communication including following directions, asking and answering questions, and remembering more formal learning concepts.  Socially, kindergartners can play cooperatively, share, take turns, cooperate, and be courteous and respectful.  A five to six year old becomes increasingly independent and is now prepared to interact with both people and ideas.  At Great Beginnings, we have a hands-on educational philosophy, encouraging your child to actively participate in the learning process.  Group activities as well as individual learning takes place in an atmosphere of excitement and discovery.  Our goal is to help your child onto the path of lifelong learning that is approached with an eager and ready mind.  We offer language arts and reading, arithmetic, social studies, bible study, cursive writing, and poetry. We study science, plants, animals, health and human biology, earth and space. We are excited about your kindergartner beginning their journey of formal education at Great Beginnings!

Incredible KID Klub:
School Age Program - We offer a before and after school program, as well as the ability to choose just before school or just after school services.  This is not just glorified babysitting - our program again reflects our commitment to help your child be their best!  We offer recreational and physical activities, homework assistance, fun activities, and of course constant supervision.  There is always a nutritious snack for the after school munchies as well.

Creation Station:
Summer Camp Program - Ages 5-10.  Summer can be tough for school aged kids who get bored easily.  Our summer program offers the perfect alternative to the couch potato or video game curriculum professional!  At Creation Station your kids are having fun, learning, and staying active while you have the peace of mind knowing they are safe and well supervised.  We will go on field trips, be involved in physical exercise, have arts and crafts, music, learning, and of course nutritious snacks and meals.
