Lead teachers plan and implement engaging learning activities that support children’s intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development. They work with assistant teachers to build a fun, encouraging classroom.
Both teaching roles help maintain a clean, safe classroom and teach children Bible lessons with guidance and support from the school. Communication, teamwork, and a strong faith-based life philosophy are part of this work.
Starting qualifications
- Age 18 or older
- High school diploma or GED
- At least six months of experience in a licensed preschool facility
The director will explain the documentation, clearances, CPR and first-aid preparation, and health and safety training required for the role.
