Lead teachers

Lead teachers guide the learning environment, daily flow, and child development goals. Their calm leadership helps children explore early learning skills within a welcoming, organized classroom.
Assistant teachers
Encouragement in the little moments.
Assistant teachers support transitions, classroom participation, and emotional regulation. They help children feel comfortable when they are new, tired, shy, or adjusting to a routine.
Support staff & float teachers
Helping the day feel familiar.
Support team members assist during busy transitions, provide coverage when needed, and help keep routines consistent. They work alongside classroom teachers to support a calm flow through the day.
Office & administrative team
A warm welcome for your family.
The office team helps with scheduling tours, answering enrollment questions, and understanding next steps. They support families before their child’s first day and as they get to know the campus.
