Job applications

Our employment application asks for your chosen campus and role; name, email, phone and address; answers to the existing faith, age and qualification questions; referral source; and optional employment history, education and résumé. Please do not upload identity documents, Social Security numbers or medical records.

The selected campus director will receive your completed application and optional résumé by email through Resend. We will also send a confirmation to the email address you provide. It identifies your chosen role and campus without repeating your application answers or résumé. Cloudflare delivers the form and checks submissions for abuse using Turnstile. Application answers and résumés are not sent to Google Analytics or Tag Manager. The website does not maintain a separate applicant database or publish uploaded résumés. Copies processed by the email provider and retained in the campus mailbox are handled as part of the hiring process; contact Great Beginnings with questions or requests about your application.

When you contact us

If you email, call, or use a campus contact form to reach Great Beginnings, we receive the contact details and information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the subject of your inquiry.

Please share only what is needed for your question. Contact your campus for the appropriate way to provide enrollment records or other sensitive documents.

When you visit these pages

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. In doing so, it processes technical request information, which can include an IP address, browser or device information, the page requested, and the time of the request. This information supports delivery, security, and operation of the service.

Our campus contact forms ask for your name, email address, optional phone number, and question. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for abuse; its verification processes technical information about your browser and connection.

How information is used

Information you provide when contacting us is used to respond to your inquiry, discuss preschool programs or campus visits, and follow up on your request. Technical request information is used to deliver the website, address technical problems, and help protect the service against misuse.

Tour details help our campus team prepare for your visit and discuss the classroom, schedule, and start date that may suit your family. Referral answers help us understand how families find us. Sending a question or booking a tour does not subscribe you to marketing emails or reserve an enrollment opening.

The new tour booking service

Our tour booking service is hosted at tours.greatbeginningsaz.com. The campus calendar controls which times are available; the booking page shows when online booking is open or paused.

Family details

The form asks for a parent or guardian’s name, email address, and phone number; each child’s first name and date of birth or parent-reported age; preferred start date, schedule, and weekdays; how you heard about us; and optional contact preferences or questions for the tour.

A birth date helps us discuss an age-appropriate classroom and plan for your preferred start date. You can provide an age instead. Please do not include medical information, emergency contacts, home addresses, or enrollment documents in a tour request; those belong in the separate enrollment process.

Booking records, calendars, and email

Submitted family details, tour times, booking changes, and email delivery records are stored in the booking service hosted by Cloudflare. Access to booking management uses a private link and security checks; staff review requires separate private access.

Google Calendar is used to check available times and create, change, or cancel a tour. Calendar entries include the campus, tour time, and a booking reference, without parent contact information, children’s details, or intake answers.

Resend delivers confirmations, changes, cancellations, reminders, and campus notifications. The selected campus receives the family summary in its monitored school inbox. Birth dates are used to calculate ages for that summary; the summary does not include the exact birth date. Delivery monitoring records status information such as delivered or bounced; our booking emails do not track opens or clicks.

Booking-system records and copies held by email or calendar providers are separate. Their practices are described in the Resend Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab), Google Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab), and Yahoo Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).

The preschool app integration is not active. Enrollment and waiting-list records will be handled through the applicable preschool process when that service is available.

Hosting and linked services

Website hosting

Cloudflare processes website traffic as our hosting and delivery provider. Its handling of that information is described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).

Campus contact messages

When contact-form sending is enabled, messages are sent through Resend to the selected campus’s monitored Yahoo inbox. Your email address is used as the reply address so our team can answer you directly. This website does not save a separate database copy of contact-form messages. Our email providers process messages to deliver and retain them in the school inbox. Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Tour scheduling and applications

Our tour booking and employment forms use Cloudflare for delivery and security, and Resend to deliver messages to the appropriate school inbox. Their information practices are described in the sections above. Those forms are not submitted through this website.

We will update this policy when replacement booking or application services become available. You can also read the Wix Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).

Maps, reviews, and other websites

Links to Google Maps, reviews, social media, and other external sites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Review their notices before providing information. Preschool videos on this preview are served with the website; playing them does not load a YouTube or Wix video player.

Other disclosures

Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or a lawful request, or where necessary to protect rights and address security concerns.

Cookies and website measurement

When website analytics is enabled, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager help us understand how families find us, which public pages they visit, engagement with those pages, and whether they complete a tour booking or contact inquiry. Tour bookings are tracked separately from contact inquiries.

Our analytics events use approved page addresses, campus names and event types. They do not include form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, children’s birth dates, résumés or private booking-management links. When advertising measurement is enabled, the Meta Pixel helps measure Facebook and Instagram advertising through public-page views, confirmed tour bookings and accepted contact inquiries. We disable automatic form-event tracking and do not provide contact details for advanced matching. Meta may process browser and connection information, page addresses, campaign click identifiers and its own cookies. We do not use session-recording scripts.

You can turn website analytics and advertising measurement off using “Privacy choices” in the footer. Booking a tour, sending a message and applying for work remain available with analytics off. We honor the browser’s Global Privacy Control signal where it is available.

A saved analytics choice contains only an on/off value. On our secure www.greatbeginningsaz.com and tours.greatbeginningsaz.com websites, that choice is stored for up to one year in a shared preference cookie and in this browser’s local storage so it follows you to tour booking. A different browser or cleared browser storage may not retain the choice. Google Analytics and Meta may use their own cookies when the corresponding measurement is enabled and permitted.

When measurement is permitted, a first-party campaign cookie keeps approved advertising campaign details and click identifiers for up to one day as you move between our website and tour booking. It does not contain family form answers. Turning measurement off clears this cookie.

When website measurement is allowed, we may keep a limited record of the campaign or referring service associated with a tour booking to understand how families find us. This is separate from your answer to “How did you hear about us?” and follows our tour-record retention choices.

The booking service uses a security cookie that expires after 30 minutes so a verified parent can continue booking without repeatedly completing the security check. It contains verification information, not family details. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and connection information for abuse protection.

Children and family information

These pages provide information for parents, guardians, and people interested in our programs or employment. We do not ask children to submit personal information through this website.

If you believe a child has provided information through our contact channels without appropriate permission, please contact us so we can review the concern. For questions about your child’s enrollment records, contact your campus directly.

Retention and security

For the new booking service, we will review tour inquiries about 12 months after the tour or cancellation and remove details that are no longer needed. We will keep records for families still considering enrollment or waiting for a place, and records needed for enrollment, unresolved questions, or applicable recordkeeping requirements. This is a staff review process, not an automatic deletion of every family record after 12 months.

Other records, including school inbox copies, may have different retention periods according to their purpose, applicable requirements, and the service involved. Removing a booking-system record does not automatically remove an email copy. Contact us about a particular record or to request deletion.

This website uses HTTPS to help protect information transmitted between your browser and the website. No website, email system, or transmission method can guarantee complete security.

Cloudflare and other service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Their privacy notices explain their practices in more detail.

Your questions and choices

You may contact us to ask about personal information you have provided, request access or a correction, or request deletion. Depending on where you live and the circumstances, applicable law may provide additional rights.

We may need to verify your identity or authority before responding to a request involving personal records. Some information may need to be retained for applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website, service providers, or information practices. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision. The revision date identifies the version currently displayed on this website.
