These are starting qualifications for two of our teaching roles. We welcome applications year-round for Glendale and Goodyear. Applying lets our directors get to know you for a suitable future opening; it does not mean a position is currently vacant.
Classroom leadership
Lead teachers
Guide early learning, help children build confidence, and bring Bible lessons to life with direction and support from the school.
Age 18 or older
High school diploma or GED
At least six months of experience in a licensed preschool facility
A place to begin
Teacher’s aides
Support children and classroom routines while building experience alongside the teaching team, including helping with Bible lessons.
Age 16 or older
No previous experience required for aide positions
A diploma is not required for applicants still enrolled in high school

Our team’s work is rooted in a strong Christian life philosophy and the ability to help teach children Bible lessons with support from the school.
Before you begin, our team will review the role’s required clearances, health-screening documentation, and CPR and first-aid preparation with you. Required fingerprint clearance must be in place before work begins, as applicable to the position.
Orientation and required health and safety training are part of preparing for classroom work. The director will explain the documentation and training needed for your role.
