Christian summer preschool · Ages 1–5

Summer fun.
A familiar place to belong.

Our Christian summer preschool programs welcome children ages 1–5 at our Glendale and Goodyear campuses. Themed learning, outdoor play, music, and art bring fresh discoveries to a day built around caring relationships.

Whether you’re exploring summer-only care or continuing year-round, we’ll help you understand the options at your preferred campus. Ask about current dates, schedules, tuition, and classroom availability during your tour.

Little discoveries, every day

So many ways to make a summer memory.

Themes that spark curiosity

Nature, animals, community helpers, and things that go can inspire stories, pretend play, and creative projects. Weekly themes vary, with activities adapted to each age group.

Outdoor play & movement

Moving, balancing, and playing with friends help children build coordination and confidence. Outdoor experiences give curious minds another way to explore.

Music, art & imagination

Songs, rhythm, paint, and hands-on projects invite children to express themselves. We celebrate their ideas and effort, with practice in listening, language, and fine-motor skills along the way.

Sensory discoveries & water play

Scooping, pouring, and exploring textures turn simple materials into learning. Water days or splash activities may be included depending on the campus plans and age group; ask what’s planned and what to bring.

A little rhythm. A lot of discovery.

Fresh adventures.
Reassuring routines.

Summer adds new themes to a familiar classroom rhythm. This is an example of how a week can unfold, rather than a fixed activity calendar; your campus can share its current plans.

Curriculum & daily schedule
  1. Reconnect & settle in

At the start of the week, familiar teachers, stories, and play help children reconnect with their classroom and friends.

  2. Explore the theme

Projects, sensory activities, songs, and movement give children different ways to investigate an idea as the week continues.

  3. Revisit a favorite

Returning to a well-loved activity lets children try again, add their own ideas, and enjoy what they’ve discovered together.

Christ at the heart of every day

Little hearts.
Growing in faith.

God’s love is part of our summer, too. Bible stories, songs, and everyday moments help children practice kindness, gratitude, patience, and respect. Teachers offer calm guidance through sharing, taking turns, and finding words for big feelings.

Our Christian faith & values

Summer, at their pace

Little explorers.
Different discoveries.

Summer activities grow with your child. Teachers adjust materials, expectations, and support so toddlers, preschoolers, and pre-K children can participate in meaningful ways.

  • Toddlers: sensory play, songs, stories, and gentle routines
  • Three-year-olds: imaginative play, creative choices, and growing friendships
  • Pre-K: longer projects, group learning, and more independence
  • Every age: patient encouragement and room to try again
