Assistant teachers support the lead teacher with learning activities and everyday classroom routines. They help children build confidence, learn together, and feel cared for.
Both teaching roles help maintain a clean, safe classroom and teach children Bible lessons with guidance and support from the school. Communication, teamwork, and a strong faith-based life philosophy are part of this work.
Starting qualifications
- Age 16 or older
- No previous experience required
- A diploma is not required for applicants still enrolled in high school
The director will explain the documentation, clearances, CPR and first-aid preparation, and health and safety training required for the role.
